We congratulate you on your decision to marry.  When lived with respect and fidelity and with faith in Christ’s sustaining presence, marriage can be an extraordinary blessing throughout all of life’s moments.  To make possible the best beginning for your married life, the staff of the National Shrine Grotto at Mount St. Mary’s University is happy to share in this time of preparation.  ​

​​​Requirements: 

1. At least one party must be Catholic
2. At least one party must be part of the Mount Community in one of the following ways: 
   1. Students currently enrolled at Mount St. Mary's University and have completed at least two semesters.
   2. Alumnus/alumna of the University.
   3. Employee of Mount St. Mary's University or their children.
   4. Member of the Board of Trustees or their children.
